The PHS Hope Squad encouraged students to "Shred Your Stress" on World Mental Health Day. Students and staff were given the opportunity to write down their stress on paper and shred it. We encourage students to participate in this fun week of education, dress up days, and prizes! Please reinforce this week at home and talk to your child about the dangers of drugs, particularly fentanyl and opioids. Working together, we can help our students and potentially save lives!
