It's Carnival week! We appreciate all of your support and donations. See you Thursday night!

October is National School Principals Month! Let's take a moment to appreciate 3 incredible school leaders that do so much for the students and staff of Palmer ISD. Thank you for all you do!

"CHEESE!" Picture day is tomorrow!

We are proud to celebrate our students and also believe that our staff needs to be recognized for their hard work. Please join me in congratulating our August staff members of the month - Mrs. Shaw and Mrs. Wright! ✨

Teachers will be in contact soon to schedule a time.
The October calendar did not have the correct date - our apologies!

Save the date - we promise you'll have a great time! 😉

It's HOMECOMING week!

Wacky Wednesday at PES was a success!
Football players and varsity cheerleaders greeted our students with warm smiles, cheers, and high fives. Thank you for showing our littles that they matter and belong here!
We mismatched our clothing, shoes, and socks, embracing the unusual and odd looks. We are realizing our differences make us unique and special! PES littles are learning that it’s okay to be different and that it’s important to accept people for their hearts and character.

PES-Day Two of Start with Hello Week: The Belles and JV cheerleaders welcomed and greeted our students. Challenge: No one eats or plays alone today. Our students made sure everyone felt welcome and included at lunch, recess, and all around our school. We all belong here at PES and wore grade level matching colors today and dazzled brightly. Ms. Chambless taught empathy and how to reach out to people feeling left out or alone.

Some of our elementary girls cheered during tonight's game. GO BULLDOGS! 🖤💛🖤

Students read about 9/11 through one of our library databases, Britannica Kids. Then they used maker space bins to create their own 9/11 memorials. First grader, Jayton, made the Twin Towers surrounded by survivor trees.

Mrs. LeCours volunteers to read to our kindergarten and Pre-K classrooms throughout the year. You may recognize her as the crossing guard for PISD. Today she read to Mrs. Greenlee's class! 📖

Grandparent and Grandfriend game time was a huge success this morning! We loved hosting BINGO and handed out some fun prizes. Happy Grandparent's Day to these special people in our lives!! ❤️

Save the date - we promise you'll have a great time!

Our Big Kahuna fundraiser kicks off Thursday! Students will bring home their packets and have three weeks to sell. We appreciate your support!

Lost & found has quite a collection for the third week of school! Writing your child's name on the tag of sweatshirts and jackets is a HUGE help in getting items returned to your child. Please comment if you see an item that belongs to your child.

Sometimes the start of school is hard on our students. Making new friends, getting used to waking up early and being away from family are challenges. We are so proud of Maddy with her growth in the first six days of school! Although we couldn't capture a picture with her smile, she is enjoying Mrs. Royle's class! 😊

Knighten Keener received a Positive Office Referral for his teamwork and positive attitude. Way to go Knighten!!!

Students can earn a positive office referral for helping a friend, being a great example, good sportsmanship...the list goes on! We are thrilled to celebrate our first positive office referrals of the year with Esme and Preslie! Both shared blocks with their classmates in Mrs. Fillmore's Pre-K class!
