District and campus admin had the honor of attending the Region 10 Teacher of the Year luncheon to celebrate Mrs. Carvalho and Mrs. Zhanel! Both of these educators work tirelessly to build relationships with students and provide engaging lessons. Mrs. Zhanel is a 6th grade reading teacher and mentor teacher who excels in cultivating relationships with students and peers. We are honored to have her at the middle school!

Welcome to Palmer Middle School, Jasmine Bailey!
Hi! My name is Jasmine Bailey. I earned my bachelor's degree from Henderson State University in May 2024 and my master's degree from Abilene Christian University in December 2025.
I've always had a passion for sports and played basketball from the time I could walk until I graduated from college. Although this is my first year as a teacher and coach, I couldn't be more blessed to begin my career at Palmer. I feel incredibly blessed to call Palmer home, and I look forward to building relationships with my students, athletes, and the community!
